Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns

At Triash Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days of the delivery date.

Please ensure that the item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@triashfashion.com with your order details and reason for return. We will provide you with further instructions and a return shipping address.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, including underwear, swimwear, and earrings. Additionally, final sale items and promotional items are not eligible for return or refund.

5. Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
